RETURN POLICY 

All regular priced items may be sent back within one week of receiving your order for exchange or store credit. If you are not sure about your size, contact us for advice. 
Please call us (416) 534-7467 during business hours or email postmaster@shopgirls.ca to arrange a return. Packages can be sent to 1342 Queen Street West, Toronto ON, Canada, M6K 1L6. All returns/exchanges will be shipped at customers expense unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. If it is our mistake we will do our best to make it better!
We carry designer pieces that are often produced in limited quantities. While we may be able to special order you something, once they are sold we generally do not stock more. For this reason we can not accept returns on items past one week of receiving your order. 
 ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.


SHIPPING

Shipping, handling, and HST/GST for your area apply. All items are shipped by Canada Post on Mondays and Wednesdays. Most orders will arrive within one week but due to unforeseen circumstances, backorders, etc please allow up to 3 weeks. If you need an item rushed or would like an alternate shipping method please contact us or include a note in your order. (additional charges may apply)
Oversized/fragile items are available for in-store pickup only. If you choose to have these items shipped to you we will do our best to package and insure it appropriately. However, Shopgirls takes no responsibility for these items once they have left the store. Contact us for more details.
There is an option for in store pickup in the last stages of checkout.


FAQ

What is the status of my order?
You should have received a confirmation email after placing your order & another one once the order is shipped. Canada post sends tracking information to the email provided. You can track your package at Canadapost.ca. For more information contact postmaster@shopgirls.ca

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and ship-to location. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. It is usually about $10 to ship a pair of Yoga Jeans within Canada.

Can I pick my order up in store?
Absolutely! Indicate 'in store pickup' in the last stages of checkout to waive the shipping fees. Please include a note as to when you are planning on picking up your order so we can have it ready for you.
 
Do you have a sizing chart?
Because we carry a variety of independent designers the sizing will vary slightly. Most designers are fairly true to size (for adult women) unless otherwise noted. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. For Yoga Jeans go a size or two down from other denim - there is a sizing chart on the individual jean pages.

Do you ship internationally?
You bet! All items are shipped through Canada Post, international charges will apply.

Where do I put in my promo code?
There is a spot for the promo code in the last steps of checkout.  If you are paying via Paypal this will happen AFTER you complete your Paypal details on the same page where you specify shipping preferences.

Are Yoga Jeans really as amazing as people say?
Even better!! In our opinion these are the best jeans ever made! .
