All regular priced items may be sent back within one week of receiving your order for exchange or store credit. If you are not sure about your size, contact us for advice.
Please call us (416) 534-7467 during business hours or email email@example.com to arrange a return. Packages can be sent to 1342 Queen Street West, Toronto ON, Canada, M6K 1L6. All returns/exchanges will be shipped at customers expense unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. If it is our mistake we will do our best to make it better!
We carry designer pieces that are often produced in limited quantities. While we may be able to special order you something, once they are sold we generally do not stock more. For this reason we can not accept returns on items past one week of receiving your order.

Shipping, handling, and HST/GST for your area apply. All items are shipped by Canada Post on Mondays and Wednesdays. Most orders will arrive within one week but due to unforeseen circumstances, backorders, etc please allow up to 3 weeks. If you need an item rushed or would like an alternate shipping method please contact us or include a note in your order. (additional charges may apply)
Oversized/fragile items are available for in-store pickup only. If you choose to have these items shipped to you we will do our best to package and insure it appropriately. However, Shopgirls takes no responsibility for these items once they have left the store. Contact us for more details.
